Every now and then a lipstick comes along that makes me so incredibly excited that I have to dedicate an entire blog post to it. Introducing: KW Red Lipstick.
I am so excited to talk about this color because I have tried many red lipsticks and while I love all of them, this red is my FAVORITE. I mean, my absolute go-to favorite red. I have never fallen more in love with a red lipstick in my life. This color is perfection. It’s not too bright, not too dark and somehow always looks flattering. Described as being “A rich, velvet finish”. The formulation of the Kjaer Weis lipsticks are unlike anything else and give an almost satin matte type feel without ever feeling dry or overly moisturizing. Inspired by the classic Kjaer Weis red packaging, “KW Red” defies trends and flatters all skin tones.
For me all of the colors have lasted so long that I rarely need touch-ups. I showed a photo of me wearing the KW Red here.

For the sake of this review I applied the lipstick directly from the tube without using any lipliner or brush. However, on most days I will use my Kjaer Weis Lip Brush and apply it around the corners of my mouth to fill in any gaps and edges, this helps give it an almost lipliner look. This is also ideal if you are going for a more “perfected red lip” look!
