The Jouer Essential Matte & Shimmer Eyeshadow Palette is a chic, beautiful palette consisting of 12 neutral shades. The packaging is lovely. The golden box is a bit larger than the actual palette, which makes you really excited that the palette is larger than it actually is, so don’t be fooled. However, that wasn’t overly disappointing. When you open the box and unveil the sleek, travel friendly palette with leopard print casing, you’re in complete awe of it’s design. The beauty, however, is what lays inside. When you open the palette you are greeted with 7 rich matte shades and 5 flawless shimmers! And let’s not forget about the glorious full-size mirror!
