After months of scouting for the most sacred location and stunning accommodations, I’m over the moon to announce the first ever Fit & Fly Girl x Healers retreat, which will be held April 7 – 11, 2019, at Avalon Hotel Palm Springs!
I’ll be hosting the 4-night retreat with Fit & Fly Girl Co-Founder Rebecca Garland, and three of the most talented healing practitioners in Southern California: Erin Anderson, Sabrina Rollo, and Vanessa Feils, who will offer wellness workshops during the retreat (think group breathwork, intuitive meditation and gemstone healing).
There’ll also be a a fitness instructor leading daily fitness classes, plenty of pool time, spa treatments, a soul-cleansing hike to Joshua Tree, and chakra balancing sound bath at Integratron.
