It's not often that I will or can write about a product the same day it thuds through my letterbox - I like to take my time in enjoying, using and learning about any new launch or beauty item in general before ever sitting down to gauge my thoughts. Jo Malone Myrrh & Tonka Cologne Intense Limited Edition is different, the original bottle launched a few months ago and hand on heart, I have wore it fairly religiously over the last few months - my Winter coat is more than testament to that - and as the scent hasn't changed, I can easily share why I think the limited edition version is worth snapping up this coming April.

So no, the Jo Malone Myrrh & Tonka Cologne Intense Limited Edition is not a new take on the aromatic and decidedly unisex fragrance, rather it is a collectors addition bottle that has been designed exclusively for Harrods - and my gosh what a bottle it is. In my mind, the black, gold and russet accents and detailing wonderful encapsulate the essence and core ingredients used to create Jo Malone Myrrh & Tonka; the new flanker reflects the warmth, elegance and extravagance of the fragrance without being overly obvious or dare I say it tacky. For those familiar with the fragrance who have yet to call this their own, I say wait until April and snap up the re-worked bottle - you'll kick yourself otherwise.
