Podcasts are definitely a current obsession of mine; they keep me company (and motivated) in the gym, they pass the time on long journeys and they stimulate my brain when I've got a tonne of mind-numbing photos to take. I adore the way you can discover new ways of thinking, listen to incredible stories and hone a skillset just by plugging in your earphones. I'm always looking out for new recommendations and searching the iTunes store for inspiration - so much so that I decided to create and launch my own. Yep, that's right: I'm today launching my very own podcast! It aims to inspire and motivate, as well as telling some fascinating stories that I know you'll love hearing about as much as me.
