My recipe for mozzarella biscuits pairs perfectly with a fresh salad or a hearty soup that is so satisfying and delicious to add to any menu. These biscuits are tender due to the buttermilk and butter with just enough cheese to add extra nutrition along with a tantalizing touch of garlic flavor.
Unless you?re making drop biscuits, most other varieties are rolled and cut with a biscuit cutter or a glass. However, these biscuits also can be made by rolling the dough into small or medium balls for baking to speed things up to get your lunch or dinner together when you need to save time. Although they may not be as beautiful as regular rolled biscuits, they taste just as incredibly delicious and flaky as their counterparts.
I hope when you get a chance and want to make a new biscuit recipe that you?ll print out my recipe for mozzarella biscuits. You also may want to try my cheese biscuits and my cheddar cheese biscuits, which also scrumptious quick breads for any table.
