It helps promote circulation and lymphatic drainage, which will improve the overall appearance of your skin. Regulate The Temperature
Taking hot showers is a guilty pleasure for a lot of us, but it does more harm than good. When the temperature of your showers is too hot, you’re stripping your skin of its natural oils which leads to dryness and irritation. If you’re one to take much longer showers, then you’re likely to see the damage sooner than later.
