A velvet blazer screams “cool chick” does it not"!
I cannot believe it has taken me this long to own a velvet blazer.  This plum Yesterday’s Muse Velvet Jacket from Free People is my first, and now will not be my last!  When you throw on velvet, it just makes you want to party!

Ok y’all.  If you have been following my blog for awhile, you know I have been taking most of my own photos (or maybe you didn’t!).
Mainly because they’re just 3/4 head shots for makeup purposes.  Literally turning my camera around with one hand and holding my camera out as far as my arm will go, snapping myself, or putting it on a stand to take my own shots. But when it comes to shooting my style and fashions, I have never really thought it would matter to hire a “professional” photographer.  My hubby can do that right""  Not always.  He has great video skills, don’t get me wrong, but working a still camera is a different animal…
