For this reason, it is to our advantage to learn how to develop more patience for a happier life.
Patience is often overlooked as a vital life skill, yet it can have a profound impact on our relationships, careers, and overall well-being. Studies have shown that patient individuals tend to experience lower stress levels, stronger relationships, and greater success in their endeavors.
In contrast, impatience can lead to increased stress, conflict, and missed opportunities. For example, I once had a difficult conversation with a colleague that could have escalated into a major disagreement.
