How I Keep My Makeup From Creasing
Start With Moisturized Skin
Not starting with a smooth, moisturized base can set yourself up for disaster. If your skin is feeling dry and flaky, which is very common this time of year, placing makeup on top of it will make it look even drier. Instead, be sure to apply a generous amount of moisturizer all over your face and neck right prior to starting your makeup application. You can double up on this by using a hydrating primer as well, for a more radiant finish at the end of your application.
Don?t Overdo It
One of the most common mistakes made when it comes to makeup is using too much product. This is especially true when it comes to concealer. Look, I get it. We all want our under-eye area to look as bright as possible, but using too much of it can lead to a lot of unwanted creasing and smudging. Instead, use the least about of under-eye makeup as possible and you?ll be surprised at how far it can go. Rather than doing the famous triangle method under the eyes, apply three small dots and blend from there?which leads me to my next point.

Not blending your makeup out properly is another big culprit when it comes to creasing. In order to do so, you have to make sure you?re using the right tools for whatever products you?re using.
