Nobody took last night’s Met Gala’s fashion-meets-future theme more literally than Zayn Malik, who arrived wearing metal robot arms over his Versace suit. Now here is a man who looks absolutely ridiculous!
I nearly felt sorry for Gigi Hadid?in the same way that I feel sorry for myself when I leave the house with my boyfriend when he’s wearing his novelty T-shirt that says “I <3 My Big Fake Tits”?but I no longer have reason to fear, because Gigi had her own robot tricks up her metaphorical sleeves: Her custom KISS nails reflected her own commitment to AI-inspired style and, by extension, her commitment to appearing in public alongside a man with silver arms.
