I was on a vacation recently and I had forgotten my lotion. I had to buy a new one and when I went to a drug store, the only brand I could recognize was Dove but the only variant was for normal skin. I was reluctant at first but that being the only option, I had to take it or leave it.

My Experience with Dove Go Fresh Pomegranate and Lemon Verbena Nourishing Lotion:
My skin is very dry and I always prefer a rich moisturizing lotion. I had no other option other than picking this up. I have used Dove lotions before but most of them didn’t provide enough moisturisation. The product looks like all the other lotion variants and is white in color with a flip cap. The cap is not very tight and is a little flimsy but this doesn’t make the product leaky. The product has a medium consistency and has a citrus fruit fragrance. The lotion spreads well and gets absorbed quickly. It doesn’t leave any residue after application and gives a matte look.

The fragrance stays for long time and is pleasant. The product is made for normal skin and thus it doesn’t provide the effective moisturisation needed for my dry skin. The skin stays hydrated for approx. 4 hours and then I need a reapplication. Th...
