My Experience with Deborah Milano Eyeliner Black 01:
It comes in a basic black body of pencil style. The pencil is sharpenable. The cap doesn?t shut with a click, so there remains a chance of it coming off. Most product details including shade number, ingredients are printed on the body. No additional box or case is provided.
Black eye pencils and liners are absolute necessity in every girl?s stash. So while I keep coming back to Lakme Eyeconic for daily wear, I do try other brands for basic black liners. This was one such find on an online shopping portal. The texture is smooth and creamy. No complaints of tugging or pulling as it glides like a dream on my upper lid, and moderately on my lash line. No case of eyes stinging or watering either.
