Current Health & Fitness Faves
Yet another series shall commence! You may have seen that I’ve started publishing bi-weekly Workout Wednesdays, and now we’ve come to my Current Health & Fitness Faves. While my other series have a more steady schedule, this one is going to be published, well… whenever the hell I feel like it! Ha! It could be monthly or it could be a few months down the line, who knows! I don’t want to force health & fitness favorites on you, as I want to really make sure I love something before talking about it. A few of these items I’ve talked about before, but I want to lay it all out for you. So here are my current 10 favorite health and fitness faves! PEScience High Volume I’ve really discovered something wonderful when I first tried this pre-workout. I’ve seen it promoted a few times by Whitney Simmons, and Ashlen Sandafeur, who is a PEScience Athlete. I had a pre-workout that I seemed to like, but since I saw a lot of buzz about this one in particular, I wanted to give it a shot.
