My Experience with Chapstick Soothing Oasis Total Hydration Lip Balm:
This lip balm comes in a metallic grey packaging. The twist-up mechanism works fine and this is super handy too like any other lip balm. The price is average and we would get a lot of lip balms at that price.

This lip balm has a soft, buttery texture which glides very smoothly on my lips. One swipe and I will have the lip balm all over my lips. The consistency is the best thing that you can ask for. It is very lightweight on the lips too. For outdoors, I would prefer tinted ones over this. It feels very gentle on the lips. This lip balm does not have any SPF to it.
