I have never used an eyeliner pen before. Even though I have thought about it, I always preferred the old way of drawing the lines. When I saw this product, it had 3 advantages over the old eyeliner: waterproof, ultra slim tip and is a pen! So I picked it up. The eyeliner pen comes in 2 variants: waterproof and normal.
