Busy Bee Fragrance Club Four Months On
Four months ago I signed up to the Busy Bee Fragrance Club - a monthly subscription box of sorts, that delivers either scented wax tarts or candles direct to your door. As it is a fairly new concept (well as far as candles are concerned), I thought rather than provide just a review, I'd give you an overview of the last four months and my current thoughts on the subscription plan.
Unlike other home fragrance plans, Busy Bee don't have a one size suits all option - rather the boxes range in price from £20 - £100, it really all depends on how much of a candle fiend you happen to be and of course the state of your bank balance. Apparently each plan offers a discount of 20% compared to the products purchased individually, which I would mostly agree with. Again and somewhat unusually the contents vastly differ each month.
For the first two months of my subscription I received over 14 pots of various Magik Beanz: small, scented wax nuggets, that you use much like a typical wax tart. The beauty of this product is that you can mix and match fragrances to create your own custom blend - it is rather fun. As you can tell, I really enjoyed this style of contents and it was the main reason I allowed my subscription to roll on.
In October something entirely different from the previous two deliveries arrived - a Busy Bee Wax Melt Selection box. I want to state that I do think this is a great and very innovative idea but at £19.99 it is not something I would personally purchase. N...
