My Experience with Bourjois Rouge Funchsia 13 Edition Velvet Lipstick:
This lipstick comes packaged in a see-through rectangular plastic bottle with color coordinating twist up cap. The name of the brand and product is printed on the front and shade name is printed on the label on the back. The applicator is a standard doe foot applicator and offers precise application.
As I have mentioned above, it’s one of the best liquid lipsticks from drugstore. I absolutely love this formula and reminds me of NYX Soft Matte lip cream. The consistency is mousse-y and creamy. Rouge edition velvet is very pigmented and goes on smoothly on the lips.

It’s very hydrating and feels comfortable on the lips, and doesn’t dry out lips throughout the day. The shade “Funchsia” is a stunning bright pinky red which would look flattering on all skin tones. It would also last pretty well on the lips and leaves a stain behind after the initial color wears off.
