Canned Peach Pie
2 cans (15-oz.) canned peaches in syrup
3/4 cup of sugar 5 tablespoons of cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 cup of grated coconut flakes
Double recipe of my oil pie crust recipe
Drain the peaches into a saucepan, reserving the liquid.
Mix together the reserved peach liquid, sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon until smooth in your pot. You can use a whisk or a fork.
