BECCA Sunchaser Palette: Those Warm Colors Look Lovely on Toasty Skin
Girl, you know how BECCA is kind of informally known as, like, the HBIC of beachy-lookin’ makeup" Anyway, I tried wearing beachy wave hair today to go with the BECCA Sunchaser Palette ($34) on my cheeks, and I can’t decide whether my mane looks more artfully tousled or just plain messy.
Eh, I’m gonna go with messy.
Sunchaser is an LE cheek palette that came out earlier this spring, and it’s still available. It’s a wonderful warm-toned blush, bronzer and highlighter, and if you bring it home, you’ll pretty much be covered through the end of summer.
Don’t worry about golden tan Ipanema Sunset bronzer leaving a galaxy o’ glitter on your cheeks, because even though it looks sparkly in the pan, the finish is more satiny matte on cheeks (if you love it so much that you can’t live without it, there’s also a full-size pan of Ipanema in the permanent line). Coral Apricot Blossom blush is matte, too, and hot damn! — look at that pigment. When was the last time I only needed (ONE!) swipe for both cheeks"" I can’t remember. But that’s what is happening here, so use the lightest of touches when you sweep it on those apples.
