Ok so you’re probably blocking the word resolution from your social feeds right now and rolling your eyes at the idea of MORE ‘yeah go girl, go get em, motivated, kick butt’ etc type posts…. (personally I’m all for them and love all the positivity of the New Year, but also get that they grate on some).
