2. Whole Grain Bread:
Whole grain bread and muffins contain a high amount of carbs and are gluten bound which means they cause inflammation by holding the water for too long in the body. Consuming whole grain bread before a workout can lead to bloating and stomach pain. Instead, you can consume one banana with yoghurt or a bowl full of oats and fresh berries.
3. Raw Seeds:
Stay away from raw seeds as it may cause stomach discomfort and bloating issues. If you want to add raw seeds in your pre-workout meal, you can add your favourite roasted seeds with a half cup of oatmeal. The combination of fat, protein, and carbohydrate is the what your body needs to perform at its best.
