Sometimes life keeps you up. For me, I often get restless thinking about projects for my blog (Will that new widget work"), trip planning (Did I print all confirmation emails"), and meeting deadlines (Did I remember to reply all to that last email") I’m also super guilty of scrolling through my Instagram, replying to comments, watching Snapchats, and checking out YouTube vids when I should be catching some Zzzz’s.
