We?re well into summer now, which doesn?t just mean loads of fun in the sun. It can also mean trying out some summer hacks to ensure your vacays and adventures don?t also come along with the pesky downsides of high temps and frequent travel. One major summer hack to try is peppermint essential oil. Yes ? what we normally think of as a winter-only scent has myriad uses this time of year.

To Reduce Stress ? Peppermint is one of the many essential oils that provide a sense of calm, which is why many people diffuse it in their homes or apply topically. Just a little spritz will keep stress at bay while on the go too.
