Halloween is right around the corner?literally. Some of us will be starting the festivities early and heading to some costume parties this weekend, and the actual holiday is only a few days away. For anyone who hasn’t had time to stock up on a costume yet, makeup is always a great back-up (or addition!) for creating a standout look.
